Before you reach out

A few resources that often have your answer faster than we can write back:

  • Status page— real-time uptime of Sikurd’s cloud services. Check here first if something seems unresponsive.
  • Dashboard — most account and instance settings can be changed directly without involving support.

What to include in your message

To get you a useful answer the first time we reply, please tell us:

  • Your Sikurd account email (so we can look up the right tenant).
  • The name of the instance involved, if it’s instance-specific.
  • What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
  • The approximate time it occurred — we keep audit logs and they help us trace the root cause.

Security issues

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, please email help@sikurd.com with the subject line Security report and we’ll respond within one business day. Please do not disclose publicly until we’ve had a chance to address it.
