Is there a free version of Sikurd?

Yes. Your first 3 instances are free forever — no credit card. The free instances include the entire product (every feature) plus Verified Backups. You only start paying once you connect a 4th instance, and even then you're only billed for instances beyond the free 3.

Are any features locked to a higher tier?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no tiers and no feature gating. Every account — free or paid — gets the entire product: 24/7 monitoring and health scoring, smart alerts with auto-resolve, self-healing, escalation policies, Holiday Scheduler, fleet Standardization, Update Manager, Voice Studio, Call Flow Visualizer, PSA integrations, Slack and Teams alerts, AI voice-call alerts, Customer Status Pages, Client Portal access, SSO via Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, and the audit log. The only things that vary between accounts are how many instances you connect and what you pay.

How is Sikurd billed?

Per instance, beyond your first 3 free instances. The price starts at $10 per instance per month, all-in — every feature plus Verified Backups on every instance included. Larger fleets get automatic volume discounts: instances are $10 each up to 49, then $9 from 50, $8 from 100, and $7 from 500 — each instance billed at its own bracket's rate, so your effective per-instance price drops as you grow. Prefer to pay yearly? Annual billing is two months free. It's handled through Stripe as a simple per-instance quantity.

Is there a minimum or a per-seat charge?

No minimum and no floor. You're billed only on instances beyond the free 3 — a 3-instance account is always $0. There are no per-user or per-seat charges; invite your whole team. The single variable is instance count.

Question 5

Can I cancel, add, or remove instances at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connect or disconnect instances whenever you like. Adding instances is prorated immediately for the current cycle; removing instances rebases your bill at the next cycle (you keep what you paid for through the end of the period). Drop back to 3 or fewer instances and you're back to $0 automatically.

What are Verified Backups?

Off-site, immutable backups of your 3CX servers that are continuously integrity- and archive-verified, and restore-tested on a rotating schedule against a sealed, air-gapped server cloned from a golden 3CX image. Each passing restore test issues a tamper-evident certificate with a public verification page. Verified Backups are included on every instance at no extra charge — free on your first 3, then part of the single all-in $10/instance/mo price beyond that.
