    Templated configuration with drift detection

Define a baseline template of PBX settings, assign it to any group of instances, and Sikurd reports every setting that drifts from it, with safe, reversible remediation on approval. Currently in a notify-only soak across our own fleet.

Set caller ID in bulk from the Caller ID page

Select any number of extensions on the Effective Caller ID view and set or clear their outbound caller ID in one action, across instances. Every change is written to the PBX, role-guarded, and audit-logged.

Effective Caller ID for every extension

A new fleet view answers what number each extension actually presents on an outbound call, and whether that comes from the extension's own setting or falls back to the trunk. Filter by instance or by source, fix a wrong caller ID from the extension's edit page.

    Plain-English names for template settings

Configuration template items now show friendly names like Conference PIN length instead of raw 3CX parameter codes, in the builder, the drift view, and alert messages, so level-one techs can read them without a decoder ring.

New sikurd.com with light and dark mode

The website was rebuilt around what Sikurd actually is today, a full 3CX fleet management platform. Six languages, a light and dark theme, and a live demo link on every page.

    Public live demo at demo.sikurd.com

A full 25-instance fictional fleet you can explore without signing up. Every tab works, changes are sandboxed, and the whole environment resets nightly.

    SBC version parity checks

An SBC running a major version behind its PBX is a future outage. Sikurd now compares every SBC's version against its PBX on every poll and warns before the next update breaks registration.

    Emergency dialing readiness checks

911 and 933 rules must exist and route to a live trunk on every PBX. Sikurd now verifies both continuously, so a missing emergency route is found by a sweep, not an emergency.

    Client self-service AI voice tools

Customers with a scoped login can create their own voicemail messages, queue intros, and digital receptionist greetings with built-in ElevenLabs voices, without opening a ticket.

Managed verified backups with restore certificates

Opt-in managed backups are restore-tested on isolated hardware, counting extensions, trunks, and voicemail against production. Every test issues a tamper-evident certificate you can send to the client.

    SFTP offsite backup storage

One click provisions an encrypted, credentialed SFTP destination per instance, so the PBX's own scheduled backups land offsite instead of dying with the server.

Automatic extension selection with multi-tenant accuracy

Creating a user now suggests the next available extension automatically. On multi-tenant systems it reads the department's own number range and checks it against every DN type on the PBX, queues and ring groups included. Even the 3CX admin console does not offer that level of accuracy; it only suggests the first free number system-wide.
