BLF keys: save several key layouts per instance and apply them to one extension or many
A new BLF keys page on each instance shows every extension's programmable keys in one grid, with the extension names the keys point at. Save as many key layouts as you need for an instance (or for all instances), then apply one to a single extension from its row, to a selection, or to a whole department through the Users tab Actions bar. Choose replace, append, or only-empty, preview who changes, and every write is checked against the PBX and audit logged. The layouts you already made for phone provisioning are the same templates.

Call quality from 3CX itself: per leg, per trunk, per extension
Sikurd now reads the per-call quality reports 3CX keeps for monitored extensions and shows them where you work: a good, fair or poor dot on each leg of the call path report with the PBX's MOS, jitter, loss and round-trip time on hover, a Call quality card on each instance with per-trunk and per-extension trends over 7 or 30 days and a worst-offenders list, a fleet tile counting instances with a degraded trunk this week, and a 7-day summary next to each monitored user. Where 3CX reported nothing you see not available, never an estimate. A weekly email is available per tenant and is off by default. Each extension row also gets a Monitor button.

Bulk user actions: turn on 3CX call quality monitoring for one, some or all extensions
3CX only keeps per-call quality reports (MOS, jitter, packet loss) for extensions that have monitoring switched on. Users → select → Actions now flips that switch for the selected extensions for 1 to 90 days or until you turn it off, and Settings → Monitoring defaults applies it across every instance in one go. The Users tab shows who is monitored and until when, every change is audit logged, and extensions already covered are skipped.

Active voice quality probing retired
Sikurd no longer pings your PBX from our own servers to estimate a voice quality score. Those readings measured the path from our probes, not your callers, and produced most of the noisy alerts. The Network Quality page, the MOS pill and threshold, and the Voice Quality Degraded alert are gone, and nothing is sent from external probe hosts any more. Call quality reported by 3CX itself for real calls is being evaluated as the replacement.

Bulk user actions: send voicemail setup links to everyone you select
Pick the users, choose how long the link should last, and each one gets an email with a private no-login page to record their own voicemail greeting. The plan shows who has no email on file before anything is sent, and every link sent is in the audit log.

Bulk user actions: apply a voicemail greeting to a whole department in one confirmed run
The Users tab now has row checkboxes, a select-all-matching-filters banner and an Actions bar. Pick a voice, write one template with merge fields for name, extension and company, play it for any selected user, then review exactly who changes, who is skipped and why, and the estimated ElevenLabs usage before anything runs. Each user gets a fully generated greeting uploaded and set active on 3CX, unchanged users are skipped on re-runs, failures can be retried on their own, and every user gets an audit entry. AI Voice Studio, the self-service voicemail page and this action now share one voice list, so a custom voice added in ElevenLabs shows up everywhere within minutes.

Call Flow Builder: draw a DID to IVR to ring group to queue flow and apply it with rollback
Compose a customer's inbound routing on a canvas, let Sikurd pick free extension numbers, review a frozen plan of every object and the DID route, then apply step by step. A completed build rolls back as a unit. Extend this flow seeds the canvas from the live call-flow map so you add to what exists instead of rebuilding, and the map itself now edits ring groups, queues and IVRs in place.

Bulk phone provisioning: MACs from a photo of the boxes, assigned and applied with rollback
Photograph the shipping labels or paste them as text; Sikurd extracts the MAC addresses, detects the vendor, and lays the phones out in a grid where you assign extension, template, provisioning type, BLF keys, time format and logo. Review the plan, apply one phone at a time, retry or undo a step, or roll the whole batch back to the snapshot taken before it ran. BLF layouts save as tenant templates.

AI Agents: after-hours receptionist and sales agent calls become Autotask tickets and a phone call to your tech
Connect an ElevenLabs voice agent and every finished call turns into an Autotask ticket with the caller, company, issue and full transcript, then the same agent phones the right person and reads them the message. After-hours calls go to whoever is on call per a weekly schedule with DST handled, then the fallback tech if nobody picks up; sales enquiries go to your sales mobile with size, timeline and callback details. Callers are matched to Autotask companies by phone number, then company name, and flagged when unknown. New Settings pages for AI Agents and On-Call, plus a calls list with transcripts and one-click retry.

Ticket Bridge: follow-up calls land on the existing ticket, and outbound calls get tickets too
When a client with an open ticket calls back, the call is attached to that ticket instead of opening a duplicate; after the call the AI checks it really is the same issue and moves it to a new ticket if not. Calls your technicians place to clients are now tracked as well, with a ticket on answer and the same notes, time entry and close decision. Both are per-tenant switches on the Ticket Bridge page.

Call Intelligence: drill into any number, and knowledge-base drafts from resolved calls
Every card and chart on the Call Intelligence dashboard now opens the exact list of calls behind it. Resolved calls also produce a draft knowledge-base article written from the fix the technician actually applied, with the gaps called out; review, edit, approve and export it as Markdown. Nothing is published automatically.

Call Intelligence: technician notes, time entries and close decisions from the call itself
After a helpdesk call ends, Sikurd now produces a speaker-labelled transcript, writes the resolution note in the technician's own voice, logs a rounded time entry against the ticket, and decides whether the caller actually confirmed the fix. Resolved calls move to your chosen Autotask status so a workflow rule can close them; anything uncertain is left open for review. A new owner-only dashboard shows volume, resolution and sentiment per technician. Off by default per tenant, with a dry-run switch.

Templated configuration with drift detection
Define a baseline template of PBX settings, assign it to any group of instances, and Sikurd reports every setting that drifts from it, with safe, reversible remediation on approval. Currently in a notify-only soak across our own fleet.

Set caller ID in bulk from the Caller ID page
Select any number of extensions on the Effective Caller ID view and set or clear their outbound caller ID in one action, across instances. Every change is written to the PBX, role-guarded, and audit-logged.

Effective Caller ID for every extension
A new fleet view answers what number each extension actually presents on an outbound call, and whether that comes from the extension's own setting or falls back to the trunk. Filter by instance or by source, fix a wrong caller ID from the extension's edit page.

Plain-English names for template settings
Configuration template items now show friendly names like Conference PIN length instead of raw 3CX parameter codes, in the builder, the drift view, and alert messages, so level-one techs can read them without a decoder ring.

SBC version parity checks
An SBC running a major version behind its PBX is a future outage. Sikurd now compares every SBC's version against its PBX on every poll and warns before the next update breaks registration.

Emergency dialing readiness checks
911 and 933 rules must exist and route to a live trunk on every PBX. Sikurd now verifies both continuously, so a missing emergency route is found by a sweep, not an emergency.

Automatic extension selection with multi-tenant accuracy
Creating a user now suggests the next available extension automatically. On multi-tenant systems it reads the department's own number range and checks it against every DN type on the PBX, queues and ring groups included. Even the 3CX admin console does not offer that level of accuracy; it only suggests the first free number system-wide.
