A backup of your help desk that you have to keep in sync by hand isn't an integration — it's a chore. Sikurd opens the ticket when an alert fires and closes it when the alert resolves, end to end, for all four major PSAs.

Alert fires → ticket opens

When an alert routes to your PSA, Sikurd creates the ticket automatically — titled, described, and priority-mapped from the alert's severity. No one has to copy a 2am page into the help desk by hand.

Alert resolves → ticket closes

When the underlying condition clears, Sikurd moves the linked ticket to your configured closed status. The loop closes itself, so your board reflects reality instead of a pile of stale 'INSTANCE_DOWN' tickets.

One outage, one ticket

A single outage often trips several alerts at once. Sikurd de-duplicates them onto the open ticket as comments rather than opening a fresh ticket per alert — and can auto-acknowledge the page once the help desk starts working it.

Encrypted credentials

Every API key and secret you store is encrypted at rest. Sikurd decrypts them only in-memory at the moment it talks to your PSA — they're never exposed back to the UI.

SSO through Microsoft Entra ID, MFA that fits how your team actually logs in, no silent account creation, and a complete audit trail of every change. The keys to your customers' phone systems deserve this.

SSO via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Sign in with your organisation's Microsoft Entra ID. Lock sign-in to your tenant, and let identity, offboarding and conditional-access policies live where they already do — in Entra. (Entra ID is the supported SSO provider today.)

Multi-factor authentication

MFA with an authenticator app (TOTP), an emailed one-time code, or single-use recovery codes for when a device is lost. MFA is required for admin-tier roles so a stolen password alone is never enough.

No self-provisioning

Strangers can't sign themselves into your tenant. A Microsoft sign-in only succeeds if it maps to a user your team already provisioned — there's no silent account creation, by SSO or otherwise.

Full audit log

Every change made through the portal is written to an immutable audit log — who did what, to which instance, and when — so you always have the paper trail for a customer or a compliance review.
