Pricing tiers, upgrades, refunds, invoices.
What plans do you offer?
- Solo — free forever. Up to 3 instances, 1 user.
- Starter — paid. Small fleets, basic alerting.
- Pro — adds AI features, PSA integration, brand-able status pages.
- Enterprise — adds white-label, SSO, custom domain, unlimited instances.

How does billing work?
We use Stripe. Monthly or annual billing — annual saves ~17%. Cards billed automatically; you get a Stripe invoice by email after each charge.
How do I upgrade?
Settings → Billing → Change plan. Drops you into Stripe Checkout. Prorations settle automatically — you pay only the difference for the remainder of the current cycle.
How do I downgrade?
Settings → Billing → Change plan → pick a smaller tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current paid period (you keep the higher tier until then). When the new tier kicks in, you'll be asked to pick which instances/users to keep if the new tier has lower limits.
To downgrade to Solo (free), use the same flow — the system will ask which 3 instances to keep.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of a charge, yes — email help@sikurd.com. Beyond 7 days we generally don't refund, but reach out for special cases (we're reasonable people).
Where are my invoices?
Stripe Customer Portal. Settings → Billing → Open billing portal. Every past invoice is downloadable as PDF.
I'm an MSP — can I bill my customers through Sikurd?
Not today. Sikurd is your tool; you bill your customers separately. Reseller pricing (volume discount on Pro+ for partners managing 10+ tenants) is available — email us.
Failed payments
Stripe retries 4 times over 21 days. After that the subscription flips
to PAST_DUE and we throttle features. The Sikurd UI shows a banner
when this happens — click Update payment method to resolve.
VAT / tax
Stripe Tax handles VAT, GST, sales tax for the supported regions. Visible on the invoice.
