Reports
Scheduled monthly/weekly reports and on-demand PDFs.
/dashboard/reports is where you generate and schedule customer-facing
reports.
On-demand reports
Click Generate report → pick an instance + a date range. Sikurd builds a PDF with:
- Uptime % over the period.
- Alert summary (totals by severity + type).
- License events (renewals, threshold crossings, expiries).
- Extension changes (added / removed users).
- Backup history.
- Health-score trend chart.
PDF is brand-able — your tenant logo and accent color sit on every page. (See Branding.)
Scheduled reports
Set a cadence (weekly / monthly) + recipient list. Sikurd emails the PDF on schedule. Useful for:
- Monthly customer-facing SLA reports.
- Weekly internal ops digests.
- Quarterly business reviews.
Recipients
Add email recipients per report. Recipients don't need a Sikurd account — the email contains the PDF as an attachment.
Retention
Generated PDFs are stored in Sikurd Blob for 90 days. After that they can still be re-generated against the same date range on demand.
Plan gating
- Solo / Starter — on-demand reports only.
- Pro+ — on-demand + scheduled + brand-able.
- Enterprise — adds white-label (your domain, your logo, no Sikurd attribution).
