Call history & analytics
Historical call activity and concurrent-call trend reports.
/dashboard/calls/history is the historical-call analytics page. It
backstops the live Active calls view
with trends over time.
Reports available
- Concurrent calls — line chart of
CallsActiveover time, per instance or fleet-wide. Useful for capacity planning ("do we need more sim-call licenses?"). - Call volume — total calls per day / week / month, broken out by inbound, outbound, and missed.
- Top extensions — which extensions handled the most calls in a window.
- Peak utilisation — when in the day are you closest to the sim-call ceiling?
Time range picker
Top-right corner — select 24 h, 7 d, 30 d, 90 d, or custom. Reports re-render against the new window.
Instance picker
Below the time range — pick one instance or "All instances". When you pick All, the chart aggregates fleet-wide.
Export
Each report has a Download CSV button. Useful for ad-hoc customer reporting or capacity planning.
Source data
All numbers come from the Metric table, populated by the worker
on every poll. Default poll interval is 60 s; you can shorten this in
the instance's settings if you need finer resolution for one PBX.
