Billing

Plan, payment method, invoices.

/dashboard/settings#billing is the billing hub. Owner-only.

What you see

  • Current plan — Solo / Starter / Pro / Enterprise + monthly or annual.
  • Renewal date — when the next charge happens.
  • Card on file — last four digits + brand.
  • Lifetime spend — running total of what you've paid Sikurd (admin view only).

Common actions

  • Upgrade / change plan → drops into Stripe Checkout. Settles prorations automatically.
  • Update payment method → opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
  • Download invoices → in Stripe Customer Portal.
  • Cancel subscription → in Stripe Customer Portal. You stay on the paid plan until the period ends, then drop to Solo.

Trial → paid

When your 14-day trial ends:

  • Sikurd sends a reminder at day 11 and day 13.
  • At day 14, your tenant flips to Trial Ended.
  • Background polling pauses. The dashboard still loads but only the cached last-poll values are visible.
  • You can subscribe (resume polling) or downgrade to Solo (free, up to 3 instances + 1 user) at any time.

If you connected more than 3 instances during trial, downgrading to Solo will prompt you to pick which 3 to keep — the others are paused, not deleted.

Solo

Solo is free forever. You can stay on Solo for as long as you want. Upgrades from Solo → paid are instant (Stripe Checkout). Downgrades from paid → Solo happen at the end of the current paid period.

Admin-comped plans

Sikurd staff occasionally comp a tenant (BETA tier, Enterprise comp for a key customer). Comped plans appear as "ENTERPRISE (manual)" in the billing section. There's no charge associated.
