Generate prompts in dozens of voices and push them into 3CX in one flow.

/dashboard/tools/ai-voice is the integrated workflow that combines TTS generation with 3CX prompt assignment. Pro+.

What it does

In one screen:

  1. Pick a voice — choose from dozens of ElevenLabs voices (male, female, character).
  2. Write the script.
  3. Generate audio with a click.
  4. Pick where in 3CX to assign it (greeting, IVR menu prompt, hold music slot).
  5. Sikurd uploads the audio to the chosen 3CX instance and assigns it.

No download → upload → manually-pick-a-slot. One flow, end to end.

Per-instance setup

The destination dropdown lists every connected instance. Pick the one you want to push the prompt to.

Slot types

  • User greeting — a specific extension's voicemail greeting.
  • IVR menu prompt — main / sub-menu announcement.
  • Hold music — added to the music-on-hold rotation.

Versions

Sikurd keeps the previous version when you push a new prompt to the same slot. Roll back from the slot's history dropdown.

Cost

TTS generation is metered by character count. Each plan includes a monthly TTS budget; you'll see your remaining balance in the editor. Overages bill at $0.X / 1k chars (see your plan details).

Without 3CX assignment

If you just need the audio (e.g. to send to a customer for review before pushing it live), use Text to Speech instead — generation only, no assignment step.
