Trial & Solo FAQ

How the trial works, what Solo is, and how to choose between them.

What do I get during the trial?

Full Enterprise features for 14 days — unlimited instances, white-label, SSO, AI Insights, AI Voice Studio, everything. We want you to see the whole product so you can pick the right plan.

No credit card required. Email verification is required (so we don't get bots).

What happens when the trial ends?

At day 14:

  • Your tenant flips to Trial Ended.
  • Background polling pauses (no fresh data after that point).
  • You can still log in — the dashboard shows cached last-poll values.
  • A banner across the dashboard asks you to subscribe or downgrade.

What's the Solo plan?

Free forever. Up to 3 instances and 1 user (you). Includes everything in Starter except the limits — health scoring, alerts, backup tracking, license expiry tracking, Chrome extension. No PSA, no SSO, no white-label.

Can I downgrade from trial to Solo?

Yes. Click Downgrade to Solo during or after trial. If you have more than 3 instances connected, you'll pick which 3 to keep — the others are paused (not deleted).

Can I extend the trial?

We don't usually extend trials — 14 days of full Enterprise is enough to make a decision. If you have a genuine reason ("the demo overlapped with our holiday week"), email help@sikurd.com and we'll consider it.

I missed the trial reminders — what now?

We send reminders at day 11, 13, and 14. If you missed them and your tenant is now Trial Ended, you can still:

  1. Subscribe — polling resumes within minutes.
  2. Downgrade to Solo (free) — polling resumes on the 3 instances you keep.

No data is deleted at trial end. Switching plans picks up exactly where you left off.

Solo permanence

Solo is permanent. You don't need to give us a card; you don't get "upgrade to paid plan" pressure beyond the one banner. You can stay on Solo as long as your fleet fits the limits.
