Settings overview
Tenant-wide configuration, organised by section.
/dashboard/settings is the settings hub. It's broken into sections so
each concern has its own home.
Sections

Settings-related role gates
- Billing — OWNER only.
- Branding — OWNER + ADMIN.
- PSA + Integrations — OWNER + ADMIN.
- Team invites + role changes — OWNER + ADMIN.
- Profile — every user can edit their own.
MEMBER users see the section but the controls are read-only or hidden.
Tenant-wide vs per-instance
A few configurations have both tenant-wide and per-instance scopes:
- Alert routing — tenant matrix is the default; instances can override.
- Maintenance windows — per-instance only (no tenant-wide schedule).
- Branding — tenant-wide only.
