Every page in the product, explained.
The product has eight top-level surfaces in the sidebar plus a "Tools" section. Each one gets its own article here. Read the one that matches the page you're sitting on.
Sidebar pages

Tool tiles
The lower half of the sidebar lists the productivity tools:
- AI Voice Studio (Pro+) — Generate TTS prompts in dozens of voices and push them into 3CX in one flow.
- Text to Speech (Pro+) — Just the TTS half, without the 3CX assignment.
- WAV Converter — Convert any audio to 3CX-ready WAV (8 kHz, 16-bit, mono, μ-law). Free on every plan.
- AI Insights (Pro+) — Ask plain-English questions about your fleet.
