NOC dashboard

Full-screen wall-mount view of fleet health.

/dashboard/noc is the full-screen Network Operations Center dashboard, designed for wall-mounted monitors in a NOC or office.

What's on it

A single screen with:

  • Fleet stat strip — total instances / online / offline / degraded / open alerts / fleet-wide active calls.
  • Critical alerts — most-recent unresolved Critical alerts at the top, large enough to read across the room.
  • Instance grid — color-coded tiles for every instance. Green = online, yellow = degraded, red = offline, gray = disabled.
  • Active calls — fleet-wide concurrent call count, prominent.

Opening it

The sidebar entry NOC Dashboard opens in a new tab. Maximise the window or hit F11 for full-screen.

Auto-refresh

The page auto-refreshes every 30 seconds. No interaction needed — mount the monitor and walk away.

Filtering

You can filter to one customer's instances by appending ?customer=acme to the URL (useful for customer-facing NOC views).

White-label

On Enterprise, the NOC view picks up your brand color + logo automatically. Combined with a custom domain, the URL also looks like yours (e.g. noc.yourbrand.com).

Sound alerts (planned)

A short tone on every new Critical alert is on the roadmap. For now, the NOC view is silent.
