Partner portal

MSP-focused rollups for managing many tenants.

/dashboard/partner is the partner / MSP view that aggregates across your customers. Pro+ for the rollup; some sub-views Enterprise-only.

What you see

  • Customer health rollup — every customer, sorted by composite health score. Sub-80 are highlighted for outreach.
  • Renewal calendar — every license expiry across the fleet on a single calendar. Coloured by tier (Enterprise red = high-stakes renewals).
  • MRR / ARR snapshot — total monthly + annual recurring revenue derived from the customers connected. Updates as you add / remove instances.

Escalation policies (partner-scope)

Define a single escalation policy that applies across all your customers (per-customer overrides still apply). Useful for "on-call rotation — week 1 Jane" type policies that span the whole book.

Customer-facing status pages

The Partner portal also lets you brand and publish a public-facing status page per customer. See Instance detail → Status page to set per-customer titles, sections, password protection, and the URL.

White-label

On Enterprise, the partner portal sits under your own domain — no Sikurd attribution unless you turn it on.
