I'm not getting alerts

Sikurd shows alerts in the inbox but no push/email/Slack/PSA delivery.

Check in this order

1. Was polling on?

If your email isn't verified, or the tenant is suspended / trial ended, polling pauses → no new alerts get created. Sign in and check the dashboard for a banner.

2. Is the alert in the inbox?

Dashboard → Alerts. If the alert IS there but you didn't receive a notification, the inbox isn't the problem — routing is.

If the alert is NOT in the inbox, polling is the problem. See instance won't connect.

3. Is routing configured for this alert type + severity?

Settings → Alert routing matrix. The grid is alert type × channel. Verify the cell for your situation is checked. Most-common gotcha: "Warning" routing isn't on for the channel you expect.

4. Per-channel checks

Push

  • Mobile app installed on the device?
  • Sign in to Sikurd with the same account on the device.
  • Granted push permission? Settings → Mobile / Push → look at registered devices.
  • Phone OS-level Do-Not-Disturb on? iOS Focus mode?

Email

  • Sender allowlisted? Sikurd emails come from alerts@sikurd.com (or a custom address on Enterprise). Spam folder?
  • Recipient list correct? Settings → Alert routing → Recipients.

Slack / Teams / Webhook

  • The webhook URL still valid? Sikurd → Settings → Integrations → test send.
  • Slack channel still exists?
  • Right people invited to the channel?

PSA ticket

  • Settings → PSA → Test connection. Verifies credentials.
  • The instance mapped to a PSA company? Unmapped instances either fall back to the default mapping or skip PSA entirely.
  • PSA-side filters / queues hiding the ticket?

AI voice call

  • Dialora API key configured? Settings → Integrations → Dialora.
  • Recipient phone numbers correct?
  • Quiet hours active? Voice calls respect quiet hours for non-critical alerts.

5. Quiet hours

Tenant-wide quiet hours suppress non-critical pushes + Slack mentions. Critical alerts always fire. Settings → Alert routing → quiet hours.

6. Maintenance windows

If the instance has an active maintenance window, ALL alerts for that instance are suppressed. Instance detail → Maintenance windows.

7. Trial ended

If your trial ended and you didn't subscribe, polling paused. The "Trial ended" banner at the top of the dashboard says so.

Still nothing

Email help@sikurd.com with the alert ID (visible in the URL of the alert detail) and which channel didn't fire. We can check the dispatch log to see what happened.
