Instances list

Every instance in your tenant, with filtering and bulk actions.

/dashboard/instances is the full filterable grid of every instance in your tenant.

What you see

A card-grid (or table view, toggle top-right) showing:

  • Name and FQDN.
  • Status badge — Online / Degraded / Offline / Disabled / Onboarding.
  • Health score with a tooltip breaking out the five components.
  • License type and seat count.
  • Trunk health — "All trunks up" or "N trunks down".
  • Backup age — coloured green ≤ 7 days, yellow 7–8 days, red beyond.
  • Active calls (live count).
  • Last polled.

Each card also has primary actions:

  • Open Console — launches the 3CX admin URL in a new tab. With the Chrome extension installed, the login is auto-filled.
  • Reauth — if the saved credentials are stale.
  • Remove — soft-deletes (the row stops appearing, but historical data is preserved for 30 days).

Filtering

The filter bar across the top supports:

  • Search — by name or FQDN. Real-time.
  • Status — Online / Degraded / Offline / Disabled / Onboarding.
  • Plan / License type — filter by edition.
  • Group / Tag — if you've grouped instances.
  • Sort — by name, last polled, health score.

Filter state persists in the URL — you can bookmark a particular slice ("offline + license type=ENT") and come back.

Add instances

Top-right buttons:

  • Add Instances — drops into the chooser ("one or many?"). See Add an instance.
  • Connect multiple — direct link to the bulk connect flow for instances that exist but don't have credentials yet.

Per-card menu

Each card has a (more) menu:

  • Edit name.
  • Move to group.
  • Disable / Re-enable — pauses polling without removing.
  • Force re-poll — fires a poll immediately.
  • Open Console (with credentials).
  • Remove — soft delete.

Bulk actions (planned)

Multi-select with the checkbox column (left of each row in table view) unlocks: bulk move-to-group, bulk re-poll, bulk disable. Coming shortly — keep an eye on the changelog.
