When to look here

If multiple cloud-hosted instances flip offline at the same time, this page is usually the first stop. A regional 3CX outage explains everything in one glance — saves chasing individual instances.

Self-hosted PBXs

This page only covers the 3CX-managed cloud platform. If you run self-hosted (on-prem or your own VPS) PBXs, the status page on this view doesn't cover them — your VPS provider's status page does.
