Install the Sikurd Chrome extension

Auto-fill the 3CX login from your Sikurd session — one click into any console.

The Sikurd 3CX Autofill extension is the recommended way to open your 3CX consoles. Without it, clicking Open Console from Sikurd takes you to the bare 3CX login page and you type the password yourself. With it, the extension recognises that the tab is one of your onboarded FQDNs and auto-fills the credentials.

Install

  1. Open the Sikurd 3CX Autofill page on the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click Add to Chrome.
  3. Confirm the permissions dialog.

The extension also works on Edge, Brave, Arc, and other Chromium-based browsers — install from the same link.

How it works

  • You stay signed in at app.sikurd.com (or your tenant subdomain).
  • When you open one of your connected 3CX FQDNs in the same browser profile, the extension recognises it.
  • It fetches the admin credentials for that instance from Sikurd over HTTPS, then fills the 3CX login form.
  • You see the 3CX admin console without typing a password.

The extension never holds credentials on disk. Each time you open a 3CX tab, it asks Sikurd live — so revoking the user in Sikurd revokes the autofill too.

Where to install from in-app

  • Onboarding wizard — step 6 ("Install the Sikurd Chrome extension").
  • Sidebar foot — there's a permanent "Install extension" button at the very bottom of the dashboard sidebar.
  • Dashboard "Getting started" checklist — step 6 on the panel above the instance grid.

I installed it but autofill isn't happening

Troubleshooting: extension not filling →

The short list of usual causes:

  1. Not signed into Sikurd in the same Chrome profile.
  2. The FQDN isn't onboarded in Sikurd — the extension only fills FQDNs that exist as instances in your tenant.
  3. 3CX has a custom login skin that hides the standard form fields — rare but possible on heavily customised builds.
