Expiry tracking and extension utilisation across the fleet.

/dashboard/licenses is the fleet-wide license health view.

What you see

A table with a row per instance:

  • Instance + edition (Standard / Pro / Enterprise).
  • Expiry — date + days remaining. Coloured red ≤ 30 days, yellow ≤ 60 days.
  • Sim callslicensed / used ratio.
  • Extensionsused / max. Bar chart with warning at 80% and critical at 95%.

Alerts

Out of the box, three license-related alerts fire:

  • License Expiry — 30 / 7 / 1 day before expiry.
  • License Threshold — extension usage crosses 80% (warn) then 95% (critical).
  • Calls Threshold — concurrent calls cross 80% then 95% of licensed capacity.

Why I see "131% utilisation"

UserExtensions > MaxUserExtensions happens when:

  • The 3CX license was downgraded but old extensions weren't removed.
  • Extensions in the 3CX Recycle Bin still count.
  • The license activation on the PBX is stale.

Renewal workflow

When a license is within 30 days of expiry:

  1. The yellow → red countdown appears on the dashboard, instance list, and this page.
  2. Configure routing to push the alert to your sales channel (Slack #sales, PSA ticket, or email) so renewals get the attention they need.
  3. Renew in the 3CX customer portal. On next poll Sikurd picks up the new expiry automatically.
