AI screenshot onboarding

Drop screenshots of a 3CX partner portal — Sikurd reads the FQDNs out.

Available on Pro+.

If your list of 3CX instances lives in a partner portal, a cloud provider dashboard, or any other web UI you can screenshot, AI onboarding is the fastest way in — no copy-paste, no CSV.

How it works

  1. Drop up to 5 images onto the dropzone (max 10 MB each).
  2. Claude (Anthropic's vision model) reads the FQDNs from the image.
  3. You review the parsed list, edit names, remove rows, and import.

What it handles well

  • 3CX Customer Portal / Partner Portal lists.
  • Cloud-provider VM dashboards (AWS, Azure, Hetzner) — anything with hostnames in a list view.
  • Screenshotted spreadsheets.
  • Plain-text screenshots from a CRM or PSA.

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't read credentials from images — only FQDNs. Connecting is still a separate step.
  • It doesn't fetch any 3CX data from the screenshot — just the hostname list.
  • It tries to skip rows that look unrelated (banners, headers, totals). Always check the review step.

The review step

The parsed list lands in a table identical to the CSV review step. Remove rows you don't want, edit names if Sikurd's guess is wrong, then import.

Bulk-connect after

Same flow as CSV: import drops you into bulk-connect to apply one set of credentials across the newly-added instances.

Privacy

Images are sent to Anthropic's Claude API over HTTPS. They're not stored on Sikurd's side beyond the duration of the API call. Don't upload screenshots that contain credentials or other sensitive data — the FQDN list is all we need.

Cost gating

AI onboarding uses LLM credits. On Pro+ the credits are bundled into the plan; on Enterprise it's effectively unlimited. We don't bill per-image during the trial.
