Team
Invite teammates, set roles, restrict instance access.
/dashboard/settings#team is where you manage who has access to the
tenant.
Invite
- Invite member → email + name + role.
- (Optional) Toggle Restrict instance access and pick the instances they can see. Pro+.
- Send invite.
The recipient gets a sign-in link that creates the account on first click. Link expires in 24 hours; re-send if needed.
Roles
- OWNER — everything, including billing.
- ADMIN — everything except billing.
- MEMBER — operator-level: view, resolve alerts, open consoles.
Change a role anytime from the row's ⋯ menu.
Instance access restriction
For Pro+ tenants, Members can be limited to a subset of instances:
- Click the member's row → Manage instance access.
- Toggle "Restrict to specific instances".
- Tick the allowed instances.
Restricted members see only those instances in the dashboard, alerts filter, calls page, etc.
Notification recipients
The list of who gets paged on alerts is separate from the user list. Configure it under Alert routing → Recipients.
Removing a member
⋯ menu → Remove. Hard delete (the user can't sign back in). Their
historical actions stay in the audit log.
Owner transfer
To transfer ownership: invite the new owner as OWNER, then ask Sikurd support (help@sikurd.com) to demote the previous owner. Self-service ownership transfer is on the roadmap.
Password reset by admin
A Sikurd super-admin can reset an OWNER's password if you're locked out — email help@sikurd.com. The owner receives an email notification of the reset including who performed it and when.
